About
International Architects Sweden (IAS) is a non-profit organisation that provides a social and professional platform for information and knowledge exchange on the practice of architecture. Our mission is to foster an environment that celebrates internationality and connects with the architecture and construction industry in Sweden on relevant topics.
IAS began in 2020 and the platform was officially launched in early 2021 through the work of many volunteer architects of various backgrounds around Sweden.
In 2023, IAS registered as a non-profit charity organisation in Sweden, with board members based in Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg.
Architecture is about people.
