Malmö's cultural diversity is one of the factors that attracted me to work here and what makes the city a world city despite its size. But it is surprising how little this is reflected in Malmö's construction industry or the places we build. Urban Academy is a way for us to take advantage of this strength and show how Sweden can not only be a leader in terms of gender equality but also in other dimensions of diversity.
Finn Williams, Architect at Malmö Municipality
